Logikal Basic Version

The base module provides all the essential functions for projects, positions, and evaluations in Logikal. It can be individually extended with additional modules and databases.

Calculate, design, and produce: With Logikal, you digitalize the manufacturing of windows, doors, and curtain walls at all levels.

The base module includes element input, with features such as automatic cut generation and sPreliminary Structural Design.

Information for estimations, orders, and production can be exported from Logikal in all common formats, including PDF, Word, and Excel. The interface for double miter saws is also included.

The base version of Logikal includes one supplier database package. Additional packages can be added flexibly.

CAD-SUITE 2D MODUL

CAD-Suite 2D is a complete drawing program especially for the window, door and curtain wall industry. CAD-Suite 2D ensures efficient collaboration with external CAD systems and includes the AutoCAD toolbox.

With the CAD-Suite 2D, you can transfer 2D cuts, drawings, and designs to all common CAD systems. The module consists of Logikal CAD, a 2D interface, DXF/DWG export, and the AutoCAD toolbox.

Logikal CAD offers general and metal construction-specific functions (such as wall connection, foil, insulation, etc.), layer management, and a standard parts generator.

For fast and secure data exchange between Logikal and all common drawing systems, use the 2D interface and DXF/DWG export. The AutoCAD toolbox allows access to all databases from Logikal, enabling you to use both individual parts and complete elements.

Your Benefits: Use the metal construction-specific 2D program for advanced element planning. This includes intelligent wall connections that consider the required materials and machinings for the element.

MACHININGS AND BAR DRAWINGS MODULE

Create machinings and bar drawings quickly and accurately, even for complex constructions.

This module automatically assigns the appropriate drillings, notches, and milling operations to each component. Machining information is collected from system machinings and hardware and is automatically generated from Logikal. Custom specifications are also transferred.

You can prepare your own machining instructions in Logikal and display them in the drawings. Bar Drawings can be visualized and printed in CAD. The integrated logic check ensures that machining operations are collision-free.

The module is only available in conjunction with the CAD-Suite 2D. With the "CNC/CNC with Cutting" modules, you can pass data to your profile machining centers.

Your Benefits: Manufacturer machining guidelines are included in the Logikal database package. You receive clear instructions for processing profiles in the workshop.

CNC AND CNC WITH CUTTING MODULES

The CNC module provides data for almost all common machines at the push of a button.

The CNC module transfers information from the "Machinings and Bar Drawings" module to the machine software of your three-, four-, and five-axis machining centers. It is only available in conjunction with the "Machinings and Bar Drawings" module.

You can set tool sets for each machine. Custom machinings from the "Machinings and Bar Drawings" module can also be transferred with the CNC module.

The "CNC with Cutting" module provides data for cutting and processing to machining centers. It is required for transfer to bar-feed machines and some five-axis machining centers.

FABRICATION PHASES MODULE

This module supports project-independent production planning by grouping positions or entire projects into fabrication phases.

Elements can be prepared for production project-wide with this module. It allows for customized planning, such as by systems, colours, or delivery dates. Large projects can be divided and split for production. Identical positions can be distributed across multiple fabrication phases.

BIM MODULE

The BIM module offers a fast and secure data exchange between the Revit building model and Logikal.

Opening dimensions and quantities of elements are transferred from the Revit model to Logikal, allowing you to enrich the elements directly in Logikal. You then create the digital twin of the element with a click—a 3D model with relevant technical information such as colour, U-value and accurate cuts. This is then transferred back to the Revit model. Data exchange can occur throughout the entire BIM process. The BIM module is only available in conjunction with the CAD-Suite 2D. For architects and planners, the Logikal Revit plugin is useful. It allows data exchange with Logikal without needing the Logikal software.

3D INTERFACE CAD/GEOMETRY MODULE

This interface allows for quick and secure data exchange between 3D programs and Logikal, and further processing.

This module provides 3D programs with access to Logikal and all its databases. Completed elements can be transferred from Logikal to CAD for further processing and then returned. For example, machinings for wall connections and fixings implemented in CAD can be easily integrated back into the Logikal workflow. Currently supported systems include ATHENA, Apollon, HiCAD and SysCAD.

This module is only available in conjunction with the CAD-Suite 2D.

ERP INTERFACE MODULE

This interface connects Logikal with external ERP systems.

With this module, project data from Logikal can be automatically transferred and synchronized with the ERP system. ERP users can access Logikal functions and utilize them within the ERP system. Commercial data can also be exported from Logikal and reused.

The module is compatible with many common ERP systems, including ERPlus, Proflex ERP, A + W Cantor, IDA, and ENBLAU.
