Unilink Sales Training in Belgium

Over the course of intensive days, colleagues prepared for the distribution of the 3D programming platform

What an atmosphere: In the beautiful Belgian university town of Leuven, Orgadata's sales colleagues met with their Unilink counterparts for an intensive sales training. For three focused days, the spotlight was on Unilink and its products.

In the spring of 2023, the two companies joined forces. Since then, Unilink has been a subsidiary of the Orgadata Group. Orgadata's global reach, with a vast network of offices and partners on multiple continents, offers Unilink an ideal platform to expand its customer base and establish itself in additional markets. Orgadata's colleagues are now responsible for general sales in these regions and prepared intensively for this task through the sales training. Unilink’s headquarters in Aarschot, Belgium, will continue to handle spezialised solutions.

The entire training was interactive, encouraging active exchanges between trainers and learners. On the third day, the training wrapped up with a consultation and sales simulation. Participants created targeted demos based on various fictional customer inquiries and presented them to the group. The audience took on different roles to make the inquiries and sales situations as realistic as possible.

In the evenings, trainers and participants dined together, allowing for informal exchanges. The lively Leuven, with its beautiful old town, provided the perfect backdrop for these gatherings.
